Real estate development is the foundation of the group. It undertakes residential projects in Lebanon and, through SO Development, in Greece, and holds a development site in Abu Dhabi for a future project.

The group works as an owner-developer, carrying each project from land acquisition through design, permitting, construction and sale, so that control of execution and quality stays with the group throughout the cycle.
