Privacy Policy

This website collects no personal data about its visitors.

It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising scripts. Nothing you do here is recorded or profiled. The site is made of static files and does not build a picture of who is reading it.

Our hosting provider processes the technical information any web server necessarily receives in order to deliver a page — such as your IP address, the page requested, and your browser type. This is used to serve the site and keep it secure, and is not used by us to identify you.

If you choose to email info@so-holding.co, we receive whatever you send: your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and we do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for marketing.

The map on the Contact page is an interactive Google Map loaded from Google on each visit; Google receives that request (your IP address and browser details) and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy terms.

The Contact page has a meeting request form. It collects the purpose of the meeting, your name, your organisation, your email address, and your message. When you submit it, that information is emailed to the office through Resend, an email delivery service acting on our behalf; it is not stored on the website. We treat it as correspondence you send us directly.

We keep correspondence only for as long as we have a reason to — to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations — and then delete it.

You can ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@so-holding.co and we will respond.

This site embeds nothing from other domains, so no other party receives information about your visit. The Directions link on the Contact page opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy terms.
